&lt;li&gt;Carry out daily servicing, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment, including mobility scooters, reclining armchairs, motorised beds, blood pressure monitors, and related devices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate after-sales service operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform both preventive and reactive maintenance in line with manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Troubleshoot and service Angelantoni refrigeration equipment and Biorad equipment, including IH-500 machines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure compliance with safety regulations, equipment certifications, and best practices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure spare parts are ordered in a timely manner and kept well organised.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor and optimise maintenance processes to improve service delivery.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Act as a technical reference point for complex fault-finding and diagnostics.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain clear communication across departments and provide technical feedback as required.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The ideal candidate will have:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Technical and/or engineering qualification at MQF Level 4 or higher.&lt;/li&gt;
