&lt;p&gt;As a medical representative, you will be responsible for detailing a well-established line of pharmaceutical products and food supplements, which will include introducing new products in the local healthcare&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate should hold a degree in pharmacy, or a science-related background. Preference will be given to candidates with local experience of medical repping, although a proven track record in medical sales will be considered.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;• Have a natural interest and flair for sales, with an outgoing personality;&lt;/p&gt;

Medical Representative

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Europharma Ltd.&lt;/strong&gt; is seeking a &lt;strong&gt;Service &amp;amp; Repair Technician / Service Engineer&lt;/strong&gt; to join its aftersales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a range of medical and laboratory equipment, ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out daily servicing, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment, including mobility scooters, reclining armchairs, motorised beds, blood pressure monitors, and related devices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate after-sales service operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform both preventive and reactive maintenance in line with manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Troubleshoot and service Angelantoni refrigeration equipment and Biorad equipment, including IH-500 machines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure compliance with safety regulations, equipment certifications, and best practices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure spare parts are ordered in a timely manner and kept well organised.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor and optimise maintenance processes to improve service delivery.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Act as a technical reference point for complex fault-finding and diagnostics.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain clear communication across departments and provide technical feedback as required.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The ideal candidate will have:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Technical and/or engineering qualification at MQF Level 4 or higher.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Good organisational and multitasking skills.&lt;/li&gt;

Service & Repair Technician

This role plays an important part in offering a high-quality service to customers, and the main responsibilities of the selected candidate will include preparation and checking of orders prior to packing them and delivering them across the Maltese islands. Stocks include pharmaceuticals and medical devices, thus need to be handled with great care whilst ensuring required storage conditions are always respected.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;· Ensuring that the warehouse is clean and well-maintained, and that health and safety procedures are always being followed;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Keeping the warehouse organized at all times, making space for any new or incoming stock;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Checking received stock with the packing list, and forwarding relevant documents to the administration team in a timely manner;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ensuring that stock cards are fully completed;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Recording the daily temperatures within various zones of warehouse as required.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;· Loading and unloading items to and from our vehicles, stores and outlets;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Making deliveries of local or online purchases or transfers between company premises;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Maintaining delivery records and checking invoice completion, collecting cash/credit notes;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Being responsible for the upkeep of the company’s delivery fleet;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Reviewing orders to ensure accurate completion and client satisfaction.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The ideal candidate should:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Have a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar position;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Be in possession of a clean C/C1 driving licence;&lt;/p&gt;
